MEMBERSHIP TERM

Memberships are based on a yearly contract. Contracts may only be broken if a patient moves out of the service area.

We are able to offer lab pricing at the low wholesale rate we receive, which we pass along to members to help you save money.

PRESCRIPTION PRICING

We are also able to offer low prescription drug pricing by also passing along the wholesale prices we receive directly to members.

OTHER SERVICES

Included in membership are a a wide variety of services typically provded by family doctors, urgent care centers, and even minor emergency room visits. Labs, medicines, IV, and braces and splints are provided at our wholesale prices.
